She is the COO and co-founder of Global Leadership Initiatives, Inc. Sarah's passion is to create programs and services that promote organizational growth as well as healthy, successful leaders.

a Script Editor at Bongo, she played a key role in content selection and localization. Before this, she was a Senior Newsroom Editor at Ekattor Television, coordinating a social media team. Outside her professional commitments, Sharmin is actively involved in volunteer work, staging theatrical performances for social awareness. Sharmin’s academic achievements include pursuing a master’s in strategic Change Management at Trent University. She holds a master’s in business administration with a major in Marketing from Bangladesh University of Professionals.

Les Sylven has over 30 years of experience as a police officer in Canada, serving with three different police organizations in a wide variety of roles from police recruit to police chief. He is a life-member of the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police, and an active member of the International Leadership Association and the International Coaching Federation. In 2023, Les completed his PhD in Leadership Studies at the University of Victoria where he researched how meditation and mindfulness could influence the practice of police leadership and become a catalyst for police reform.
