GLI was founded by Dr. Rob Elkington and Sarah Elkington in 2016. GLI exists to empower individuals and teams to become confident, effective leaders who can inspire and guide their colleagues towards a common goal. We believe that leadership development is a lifelong journey and strive to provide ongoing support and resources to help our clients continuously improve and evolve as leaders.
