Rob is the Founder and CEO of Global Leadership Initiatives, Inc. He is also a professor at Trent University, a Professor at Ontario Tech University in the Faculty of Education, Social Sciences and is a Senior Lecturer at the Stellenbosch University School of Public Leadership. Rob also works with Ontario Tech University's Continuous Learning Centre to develop and facilitate numerous courses for public and private-sector organizations.
