This one day seminar is perfect for those looking to develop a well-rounded view of foundational leadership principles and theory. This seminar revolves around Northouse’s Leadershp Theory and Practice which covers the most current leadership theories and styles to date.

This course will equip participants to lead more effectively in their current, organizational situation by helping them develop a keen understanding of what leadership is, how leadership functions, and how leadership can be enhanced in various contexts.

This seminar is also available for organizations on an extended level as part of a corporate development package.


Critical Thinking and Ethics

This course seeks to aid participants in developing critical thinking skills and ethical perspective. At the completion of this course students will have developed the following abilities:

  • Problem solving
  • Analysis of issues
  • Informed Decision Making
  • Ethical perspective around moral dilemmas, both professional and personal


This course has been designed to provide each participant with a toolbox of fundamental skills that will equip them to think critically about their work and handle ethical dilemmas they may face both within their working environment and personal lives.


At the successful completion of this course participants should be able to:

  2. What ethical issues arise in the course of business activity?
  3. How can individuals and organizations address questions of morality in business?
  4. What are the ethical obligations of business people and organizations in society?
  5. How do organizations manage for ethical practice and social responsibility?
  6. What can individuals do to encourage ethical business practice?

Coaching for Performance and Mentorship (online/hybrid course)


This online course seeks to develop a manager’s coaching skills and mentorship capacity. This course is designed to incorporate the best elements of online learning including:

  1. Teacher presence through the video lecturettes and moderation of the Discussion forums.
  2. Social presence through learners asynchronous interaction on the Discussion forums.
  3. Knowledge development through extra resources and through brief video lecturettes


This course culminates in a one day on-site or virtual workshop in which the participant reinforces the online learning through case studies and application. Mentorship is also discussed more in depth at the one day session.

At the completion of this course participants will have developed the following abilities:

  • Understand the difference between coaching for performance and coaching for development.
  • Distinguish between manager as coach, executive coaching, and peer coaching.
  • Articulate the difference between coaching, mentoring, and counseling.
  • Understand the systemic impact of effective coaching in an organization.
  • Effectively coach participants using the GROW method.
  • Develop insight into the motivation of employees.
  • Coach employees through their blind spots.

Visionary Leadership (Online/hybrid course)


This six week online course consist of six modules each hosted by one of world renowned subject experts. Participants will be required to successfully complete the following component of the program:

  • Leadership Resilience in a VUCA World.
  • Change Management in a VUCA World.
  • Innovation in a VUCA World.
  • Collaboration in a VUCA World.
  • Systems Coaching in a VUCA World.

Participants will be required to complete a one day virtual or in-person, in-class wrap up and application of principles learned and strategic applications of Visionary Leadership.
