  • Leadership Journey

All my life the idea of leadership intrigued me. As Captain of our school Rugby team, Soccer team, Cricket team, Swimming team, and Basketball team I was intrigued by the idea that leaders inspire, encourage, and model behaviour for those they are privileged to lead. Having experienced various leadership and followership roles I am convinced that there is a strong intersection between leadership, followership, and context when it comes to leadership effectiveness. My research and practice seek to explore this intersection in meaningful ways.
